Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unusable. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about whether your item can be returned, please contact us.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
